Need project help

Im looking for someone who can help with my academic capstone project (not a realtime or live industry project). I need someone who can mentor me through the entire lifecycle — planning, design, development, and deployment. The ideal person would be proficient in Python, its key libraries, Machine Learning, and Generative AI in general, and be able to explain concepts in detail where needed. He should be familiar with tools like VS Code, Git (very imp), and Google Colab. I’d rate myself as a quick learner, but currently around 4/10 on these topics. I’m confident I can build it myself, but as a working professional, I can’t spend countless hours figuring everything out from scratch.
