NestJS / Prisma / Shopify Backend Developer

We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer with strong NestJS, Prisma, PostgreSQL, and Shopify API experience to build a middleware service for our e-commerce platform. Main Responsibilities * Integrate with Shopify APIs, mainly Admin GraphQL APIs. * Process and manipulate Shopify data through custom business logic. * Build secure backend/proxy APIs so Shopify credentials and tokens are never exposed to frontend/mobile clients. * Develop custom CMS modules and APIs using NestJS, Prisma, and PostgreSQL. * Handle authentication, validation, Shopify rate limits, retries, errors, and logging. * Maintain clean, modular, production-quality NestJS architecture. Required Experience You should have strong hands-on experience with: * NestJS + TypeScript * Prisma + PostgreSQL * Shopify Admin GraphQL API * REST/GraphQL API development * Authentication and API security * Git & Github Ideal Candidate We’re looking for someone who is comfortable working independently with NestJS, Prisma, PostgreSQL, and Shopify APIs, and can contribute to both the implementation and technical decisions around the middleware. Previous experience with Shopify integrations, Shopify headless app, or similar middleware services would be a strong advantage.
