Node.js SaaS Security & Authorization Review

We need an independent, read-only technical review of a production Node.js / Express multi-tenant Agentic SaaS. This is not a feature-development request, a broad rewrite, or a generic scanner-only engagement. We need a concise, evidence-backed report that identifies material code, security, authorization, reliability, and workflow/pipeline risks. ## Scope The job is to find any product fails, where a customer gets stuck, and what must be fixed before broader launch. 1. **Functional reliability and UX:** trace real user flows, onboarding, broken/error states, task and workflow execution, retries, and behavior that can block or confuse a customer. 2. **Backend and pipeline reliability:** inspect task/workflow pipelines, background execution, logging, error handling, restart/deploy failure modes, and the operational path from user action to completed result. 3. **Security and tenancy:** inspect authentication, sessions, authorization, multi-tenant isolation, agent/tool authorization, connector and external-write approvals, secrets, dependencies, and API boundaries. 4. **Technical dependency and control map:** identify the CortexHive-owned code, workflow, UX, data-model, and orchestration layers versus external APIs/services. State the material dependency, swap difficulty, and risk to the product. Include a factual inventory of repositories, technical assets, agents/workflows, and third-party/open-source components. This is not legal advice. ## Required deliverable A written report with, for every finding: 1. Severity: critical / high / medium / low. 2. Component or file reference after controlled source access is granted. 3. Evidence and a concrete attack/failure scenario. 4. Business impact. 5. Practical remediation. 6.
