OpenCart Private B2B Ordering Portal — Development Brief I need a very simple, login-only B2B ordering portal built using OpenCart 4. Scope • OpenCart 4 installation and configuration • Fast, clean, mobile-friendly lightweight theme • Login required to access products/prices • Approximately 10-15 customer accounts • Approximately 40 SKUs (we can add the rest ourselves once the first SKU page is up) • No public ecommerce/marketing website required • No online payment gateway Customer Groups / Pricing I need OpenCart customer groups configured so that different customer categories can have different product pricing or discounts. Example: • Clinic • Distributor • Preferred Customer (mainly the 2 above) Customers must only see the pricing applicable to their customer group. Products Each product needs only: • Product name • SKU • Product image • Price • Short description • Stock status, if required COA Function Each product page needs a simple "COAs" tab/section. I need to be able to add multiple COAs to each product. Each COA will contain: • Batch number • Uploaded PDF or image Example: BPC-157 5mg COAs: • Batch BPC157-260801 → View COA • Batch BPC157-260602 → View COA • Batch BPC157-260501 → View COA The administrator should be able to upload the PDF/image and enter the batch number from the OpenCart admin – and clients who login and go to each product page will be able to see exactly these batch numbers, click on the link, and view/download the COAs. Ordering Customer: Login → Browse products → Add to cart → Checkout → Submit order There is NO online payment gateway. The order should simply be created as an unpaid/pending-payment order. Invoice The invoice should contain: • Company details • Customer details • Order/invoice number • Products • Quantity • Customer-specific price • Total • CIMB bank payment details • Payment reference/invoice number • DuitNow QR image Hosting / Performance Please configure: • VPS hosting • Nginx • PHP OPcache • Gzip/Brotli compression where appropriate • WebP product images • SSL • Cloudflare The site only has 10-15 customers and 30–50 products, so this should be a simple, lightweight installation rather than an enterprise ecommerce system. Accounting No direct Xero integration is required initially. (We may integrate ourselves later) Orders will be invoiced and customers will pay by bank transfer/DuitNow. Payments will be monitored through the CIMB account and reconciled in Xero. Important Please quote this as a fixed-price project, not an open-ended ecommerce development project. Please provide: 1.
