We are Petop Industrial Co., Ltd, a B2B supplier of custom hotel supplies based in Shenzhen, China. SEO & TECHNICAL: • Enable SEO-friendly URLs • Implement 301 redirects for all existing indexed URLs • Generate XML Sitemap • Optimize page speed (LCP less than 3 seconds on desktop, less than 3.5s on mobile) • Optimize all images (WebP format, ≤200KB) • Ensure fully responsive design (mobile, tablet, desktop) 4. FIX existing issues: • Resolve "OpenCart Lightning files missing" warning • Fix any broken modules or missing dependencies REQUIREMENTS: • Proven experience with OpenCart 2.x AND Journal 2 (NOT Journal 3) • Experience with B2B wholesale/manufacturing websites • Experience rebuilding websites without platform migration • Strong English communication skills • Available for weekly Zoom progress meetings (flexible on time zone) • Willing to work in Git repository • Ability to work with Chinese-localized admin panel (we will provide guidance) BUDGET & TIMELINE: Budget: $2,500 - $3,500 Timeline: 5-7 weeks Payment: Milestone-based • Milestone 1 (20%): Audit complete + backup confirmed + project plan approved • Milestone 2 (30%): Homepage + 5 Solution pages rebuilt + design approved • Milestone 3 (30%): All 24 pages complete + forms functional + SEO implemented • Milestone 4 (20%): Speed optimization + mobile testing + bug fixes + final delivery PLEASE APPLY WITH: 1.
