THE ROLE AI Automation & Agent Engineer — push agent stacks (Hermes-style agents and similar), turn messy business processes into automations, and build content/ops systems that run on a cadence. This is NOT a WordPress job. You may never open WordPress. NOT data entry. NOT social posting. NOT "I use ChatGPT sometimes." WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO AGENTS & AI OPS (core) - Build and improve Hermes-style / multi-agent setups: skills, routing, overnight jobs, handoffs - Use modern AI coding and agent tools daily — we pay for the monthly plans (Claude, Kimi, GLM, Cursor, etc.). You don't buy expensive subscriptions yourself - The harness around the models is the product — multi-step agents, not one-shot chat BUSINESS → AUTOMATION - Convert real business workflows (leads, booking, follow-up, publishing, reporting, ops) into reliable automations - Custom GoHighLevel setups with automations for agency clients — workflows, webhooks, pipelines — not data entry - n8n / Make / Zapier / APIs as needed; leave documented, maintainable flows CONTENT SYSTEMS - Content engines on a schedule (blog-a-day + image-a-day style): generate, QA, publish, optimize media - Prompt systems and batch pipelines for clients who want automated content + AI assistance WEB / TOOLING WHEN NEEDED - Landing pages, internal tools, rebuilds when the brief needs it — modern stacks welcome - WordPress optional, not the bar WHAT WE PROVIDE - Paid AI/agent tool access - Steady pipeline of agency client + internal work - Weekly pay for full-time hours, long-term ongoing contract - Direct briefs from ownership - Path up: lead and help bring on juniors WHAT WE DON'T WANT - WordPress-only with no agent/automation depth - Pure VAs / data entry / social-only - Gig-only freelancers who disappear after one task - Fluff proposals with no proof HOW TO APPLY First line exactly: APPLY-SEP2026-AIOPS Then: 1) Three proof links (GitHub with commits, live tools, or Looms of agents/automations) 2) One agent / multi-step AI system you've run (harness, not vibes) 3) One business process you automated (trigger → steps → result) — GHL or similar a plus 4) One content or ops pipeline you've owned 5) Preferred: 60–90s Loom of #2 or #3 6) Weekly hours you can commit (targeting full-time ~40), rate inside $8–$20/hr, time zone, U.S. Eastern overlap BONUS: Hermes/agent ops, GHL client builds, n8n/Make, APIs, recent GitHub activity
