Phase 1 WEB Infrastructure

SomnaWave is a deep-tech hardware startup developing an active, closed-loop neuro-modulation earbud. We are currently in our EVT-1 hardware prototyping phase. This contract covers the Phase 1 web infrastructure build. We require a high-performance, single-page waitlist landing page and a secure investor portal built on a modern Next.js stack. The aesthetic must be strictly "cyber-clinical" (deep tech, premium medical hardware, dark mode). Scope of Work & Acceptance Criteria Payment of the $1,000 fixed-price milestone is contingent upon the successful delivery and client verification of the following five elements: 1. The Next.js Landing Page: Development of a responsive, single-page scroll landing page featuring a Hero section, a Technology Comparison matrix, and an Engineering Moat section. The UI/UX must reflect a premium, deep-tech hardware aesthetic. 2. Sanity CMS Integration: A fully functional Headless CMS backend (Sanity). All text copy, metric numbers, and prototype imagery on the landing page must be routed through Sanity so the Founder can independently edit website content without touching the codebase. 3. Supabase Waitlist Capture: A "Request Early Access" email capture input that securely routes data to a Supabase PostgreSQL database. 4. The Investor Portal: A hidden, password-protected route (/investors) featuring an embedded PDF viewer for the SomnaWave Pitch Deck and an embedded Calendly booking widget. 5. Deployment & Handoff: Final production deployment to Vercel, successfully mapped to the official somnawave.com custom domain. Operational Protocol & Security Root Ownership: The Client (Arthur Rosa) will create the root administrative accounts for GitHub, Sanity, Supabase, and Vercel. The Freelancer will be invited to these platforms as a Developer/Collaborator to execute the build. Code Delivery: All source code must be pushed to the provided SomnaWave GitHub repository.
