We are seeking an experienced QuickBooks Online Bookkeeper with a strong background in Construction, Remodeling, General Contractors, and Home Improvement businesses. Responsibilities • QuickBooks Cleanup & Catch-Up Bookkeeping • Record Customer Invoices & Progress Payments • Track Job Costs by Project • Reconcile Bank, Credit Card & Loan Accounts • Manage Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable • Track Subcontractor & Vendor Expenses • Prepare Estimates vs Actual Cost Reports • Maintain Chart of Accounts for Construction Businesses • Generate Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow Reports • Prepare Accurate, CPA-Ready Financial Statements Requirements • Proven QuickBooks Online experience • Experience with Construction or Remodeling accounting • Knowledge of Job Costing & Project Tracking • Strong reconciliation and cleanup skills • Excellent communication and attention to detail Please include your relevant experience, similar construction projects, and your hourly or fixed-price proposal
