Need Frontend Dev: Ready Design (6 Pages) to Code + Admin Panel

We have a ready design (Figma) for a website for an international medical guild. Need someone to build it in React and set up a simple admin panel. What’s in the design: • 5 static pages • 1 dynamic page template for doctor profiles (about 20 doctors, all pulling from the same template) • Responsive, needs to look good on all screen sizes, phone to desktop Admin panel needs: • Doctors log in and edit only their own profile (photo, bio, specialization) — nothing else • Post/edit/delete blog articles (news section) • Create/edit events (date, location, description, photo) • Upload and swap photos across the site • Simple, clean interface, our team is not technical, so keep it intuitive Payments: No need to build a custom Stripe integration. We’ll use Stripe Payment Links / Checkout buttons (no-code), just embed the button/snippet on the event page. Please account for that when estimating. CMS: We’re leaning toward Payload CMS or Directus for the admin panel (code-based access control matters to us, doctors should only ever be able to touch their own data, even if someone tries to hit the API directly). Open to other suggestions if you have a stack you know well and can explain why it fits.
