Remote Technical Project Coordinator – Strong Engineering Background Required

We’re looking for a Project Manager or Technical Consultant who spent real years writing code before moving into coordination and client work. This is part-time to start, and there’s potential for a larger role as the workload picks up. You need at least five years of hands-on development experience. We don’t care which stack. Frontend, backend, full-stack, mobile, desktop, cloud, enterprise. C#, .NET, JavaScript, Python, Java. The point is that you’ve shipped software and you understand how it actually gets made. The job is part client-facing, part technical. You’ll talk to clients about what they need, then work with our dev team to make it happen. That means reviewing technical approaches, catching problems early, and keeping projects from stalling out. If you’ve done consulting, led engineering teams, or just ended up being the developer in every client call, you already know what this looks like day to day. We’re interested in people who have worked with AI, LLM integrations, or intelligent automation, but that’s not a requirement. What matters more is whether you can explain a technical tradeoff clearly, read what a client actually needs (not just what they said), and keep things on track when priorities shift mid-sprint.
