Senior AI Engineer - AI Agents, RAG & Workflow Automation (Long-Term)

We're a Berlin-based software company (est. 2010, 80+ engineers) building AI systems - AI agents, RAG pipelines, internal copilots, and workflow automation. We're looking for a senior engineer to join ongoing projects. What you'll work on: Multi-agent orchestration (LangGraph or similar) RAG and knowledge retrieval over internal company data Long-term memory and context management Tool integrations and workflow automation Taking systems from proof of concept to production Requirements: 5+ years Python; production experience with FastAPI Hands-on LLM work that shipped to real users - not tutorials or demos LangGraph/LangChain, vector databases, PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker Comfortable communicating in English with technical and non-technical stakeholders Engagement: hourly, 20–40 h/week, long-term. European or US-overlapping timezone.
