Senior AI Product Architect & Automation Lead – iGaming, Online Casino & Sportsbook

We are an international iGaming company operating multiple online casino and sportsbook brands, with our own PAM/platform environment, CMS, databases, APIs, game integrations and an existing internal development team. We are looking for a highly capable, hands-on: SENIOR AI PRODUCT ARCHITECT & AUTOMATION LEAD – iGAMING / ONLINE CASINO / SPORTSBOOK IMPORTANT: Previous professional experience in iGaming is REQUIRED. We are NOT looking for a generic AI developer who has never worked in online gambling and needs us to explain how the industry works. We want someone who already understands online casino, sportsbook and gaming technology and can bring us ideas based on previous industry experience. This is also NOT a consulting-only position. We do not want someone who only prepares presentations, strategy documents or AI roadmaps. We need someone who can understand our business, identify opportunities, design solutions, build/prototype them and work directly with our existing developers to implement them. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR We already have developers who can work on: • PAM/platform • Backend • Frontend • Databases • APIs • CMS • Game integrations • Sportsbook integrations • Technical infrastructure We are NOT hiring you to replace our existing technical team. We need you to become the AI/Product/Automation layer working together with them. Management should be able to explain a problem or objective in simple business terms, and you should be capable of transforming it into a real technical solution. More importantly, because you already know the iGaming industry, we expect YOU to proactively identify what we could improve. We want someone who can analyze our operation and tell us: “This process can be automated.” “This feature could improve the PAM.” “This can reduce manual work.” “This can improve player experience.” “This can improve conversion or retention.” “This control can be performed automatically.” “This AI solution is already being used by advanced gaming operators and could make sense for you.” EXAMPLES OF WHAT WE WANT TO BUILD 1. PERSONALIZED CASINO EXPERIENCE / RECOMMENDATION ENGINE We want to explore a casino experience similar to Netflix-style personalization. Different players should potentially see different: • Games • Providers • Categories • Recommendations • Casino lobby ordering • Content based on their preferences and behavior. For example: • Games previously played • Favorite providers • Game categories • Session behavior • Similar games • Player preferences • Country/device/context • Other relevant player signals The successful candidate should understand recommendation systems and help us determine what can realistically be implemented in our PAM. Player personalization must also respect responsible gambling requirements and should never be used to target vulnerable players with aggressive promotional activity. 2. AUTOMATED WEBSITE QA Today many checks are performed manually. We want AI and automation to help continuously monitor our casino and sportsbook websites. For example, automatically visit our websites: • Desktop • Mobile • Different screen sizes • Different languages • Different countries/locations and detect: • Incorrect translations • Missing text • Missing buttons • Broken layouts • Visual differences • Incorrect currencies • Incorrect country settings • Registration problems • Login problems • Broken links • Missing casino games • Mobile UI problems • Different content between reference and production websites • Other website errors Instead of employees manually discovering these problems, the system should automatically detect them and create clear reports/alerts. 3. AUTOMATED GAME TESTING & GAME INTELLIGENCE We work with many casino games, providers and aggregators. We want systems capable of helping us automatically: • Detect games that do not launch • Detect missing games • Detect duplicate games • Match the same game across different aggregators • Detect incorrect providers • Detect incorrect categories • Identify country restrictions • Monitor game availability • Normalize game information • Categorize games automatically • Compare game catalogs between different systems • Identify anomalies We want to dramatically reduce the manual work required to manage and verify large casino game catalogs. 4. PAM & PRODUCT IMPROVEMENTS Because you already have iGaming experience, we expect you to review our existing platform and proactively suggest AI-powered product improvements. Possible areas may include: • Casino lobby personalization • Game recommendation • Intelligent search • Player segmentation • Customer service • CRM • Player analytics • VIP identification • Churn prediction • Affiliate intelligence • Payment analytics • Fraud detection • KYC support • Responsible gambling • Sportsbook monitoring • Back-office tools • Management reporting We want someone who understands how an iGaming operator works and can help us decide which AI projects actually create business value. 5. INTERNAL AI ASSISTANTS We want to create internal AI systems capable of understanding company information such as: • Projects • Tasks • Bugs • Development updates • Deadlines • Technical documentation • Reports • Internal procedures For example, management should be able to ask: “What important issues are still open?” “Which development tasks are delayed?” “What was reported as completed but still appears incorrect?” “What are the main problems requiring attention today?” We want AI to reduce management time spent manually checking information. 6. AUTOMATION OF MANUAL COMPANY PROCESSES A major objective of this role is to continuously identify repetitive work that can be eliminated or reduced. You should work with different departments and identify: • Repetitive tasks • Manual checks • Manual reporting • Manual comparisons • Data entry • Quality-control processes • Research tasks • Operational processes and determine whether AI, agents, automation or traditional software can perform them more efficiently. Our goal is not to use AI just because it is fashionable. Our goal is to: • Reduce unnecessary manual work • Reduce operational costs • Improve accuracy • Increase speed • Improve product quality • Allow employees to focus on higher-value activities 7. AI CUSTOMER SUPPORT & OPERATIONS We are interested in intelligent support systems capable of helping customer-service operators by accessing authorized information such as: • Player account data • Transactions • Deposits • Withdrawals • Bonuses • KYC status • Game history • Technical issues The objective is to help operators resolve customer problems more quickly and consistently. 8. PLAYER & BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE We want to explore AI and data systems for areas such as: • Player lifetime value • Churn prediction • VIP potential • Player preferences • Game preferences • Player segmentation • Affiliate quality • Payment performance • Fraud/anomaly detection • Operational forecasting You do not necessarily need to build every data model personally, but you must understand how these systems should be designed and how to work with our internal developers/data resources. 9. SPORTSBOOK Our business also includes sportsbook. Relevant experience with areas such as: • Odds feeds • Sportsbook platforms • Trading/risk systems • Event monitoring • Missing markets • Feed anomalies • Sportsbook personalization • Betting customer behavior is highly valuable. 10. AI CONTENT & DATA AUTOMATION We also have media projects related to gaming. One example is Slot.tv, which we want to develop into an important international reference platform for online slots. We want AI systems capable of helping with workflows such as: New game detected → data collected → data normalized → game classified → content prepared → translations generated → social content created → human review → publication You will work together with our SEO/Growth specialist and internal developers where needed. MANDATORY IGAMING EXPERIENCE Professional experience in iGaming / online gambling is REQUIRED. Please do not apply if your only experience is generic AI/software development. We are not looking for someone who waits for management to invent every AI project. Because of your previous iGaming experience, we expect you to proactively tell us what modern AI technology can do for our business. We want you to analyze our systems and processes and propose new ideas. For example: “What are advanced operators doing today that we are not doing?” “Where can AI reduce our costs?” “Where can AI improve our casino product?” “What can we automate?” “What should we add to our PAM?” “What can improve player experience?” “What manual work can be eliminated?” “What controls can become automatic?” You should help us create and continuously update an AI roadmap based on real business priorities. THIS IS A HANDS-ON ROLE We are NOT looking for: • AI consultants who only write reports • Large consultancy companies • Large AI agencies • People who mainly produce PowerPoint presentations • Prompt engineers without technical implementation skills • People whose AI experience consists mainly of using ChatGPT manually • Sales representatives who will outsource all work after winning the project We need someone who can: • Understand the problem • Design the solution • Build a prototype • Write code when necessary • Create AI agents • Create automation workflows • Test the solution • Work directly with our developers • Define API/database requirements • Coordinate implementation • Validate that the system actually works • Monitor results • Improve the system over time WORKING RELATIONSHIP We strongly prefer: • Independent senior freelancers • Hands-on AI product builders • Small specialist teams where the applicant personally performs the work • Long-term collaborators We are open to a long-term relationship, but we prefer to start with a limited paid engagement and expand based on real results. We are looking for strong technical capability and iGaming experience at a reasonable and sustainable long-term cost. We are not interested in enterprise consultancy pricing or very large monthly retainers.
