Senior Full-Stack Engineer & Hands-On Software Architect - React, Next.js, TypeScript and AI

We are looking for a highly capable senior developer who is strong in software architecture, technical decision-making and communication. This is not just a coding role. We need someone who can understand business requirements, structure software properly, choose the right tools and technologies, and guide projects from idea to implementation. We value intelligence, judgment and communication more than knowledge of any specific framework. What you will do - Design and structure web and mobile applications - Turn business requirements into clear technical plans - Choose appropriate frameworks, databases, APIs and services - Review existing systems and identify technical problems - Review and improve AI-generated code - Build important parts of applications when needed - Communicate clearly with customers and other developers - Work across different projects for different clients Our typical technology stack - TypeScript and JavaScript - React and Next.js - Node.js - APIs and third-party integrations - SQL databases - AI tools and AI-assisted development We expect developers to use AI extensively. What matters is your ability to give AI good instructions, verify its output and make sound architectural decisions. Working with us We will initially start with smaller assignments of approximately 10, 20 or 30 hours. Our company is growing, and we expect this to develop into a near-full-time engagement for the right candidate. You will work on a variety of projects for different customers and join a team of experienced developers who can provide support, share knowledge and contribute their experience. We are looking for someone who can work independently, take ownership and also collaborate well with the rest of the team.
