Senior ML/NLP Engineer - Upgrade Advanced agentic RAG System for Scientific Document Research

Looking for an experienced LLM/RAG engineer for consultation and collaboration on an already-built RAG pipeline. The system already includes agentic routing, hybrid retrieval, reranking, evidence evaluation, grounding checks, and abstention. I’m looking for someone with strong hands-on experience in advanced RAG techniques who can review the current approach, suggest meaningful improvements, and help evolve the pipeline further. This is primarily a technical consultation/collaboration engagement, with potential for ongoing work. Please share any relevant RAG/LLM projects or experience.
