Senior Software Engineers - Full Stack, Python, DevOps, Data&AI | Long-Term Remote

We are building a long-term remote engineering team and are looking for experienced technical professionals who can combine strong hands-on engineering skills with clear English communication and a professional remote-working style. This is not a one-time development task. We are looking for dependable engineers who can become trusted members of our team, work independently, communicate clearly with international colleagues and clients, and take ownership of real technical problems. We are currently interested in candidates with a primary specialization in one of the following areas: - Full Stack Engineering: TypeScript/JavaScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL, REST APIs, AWS, Docker - Python / Backend / AI Engineering: Python, FastAPI/Django, PostgreSQL, Redis, APIs, AWS, Docker, LLM integrations, RAG, vector databases - DevOps / SRE: AWS, Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, GitHub Actions/GitLab CI, Python/Bash, monitoring and observability - Data Engineering: Python, SQL, Spark/PySpark, Airflow, dbt, Snowflake/Databricks, ETL/ELT, AWS - AI / Machine Learning: Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, LangChain/LangGraph, vector search, FastAPI, MLOps and cloud deployment You do not need to have experience in all five areas. We are looking for people who are genuinely strong in their main specialization and can demonstrate real professional project experience. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of professional experience, can explain technical decisions clearly, works well without constant supervision, and is comfortable participating in video meetings with an international team. Strong written and spoken English is important because this role may involve discussing requirements, giving progress updates, explaining technical issues, and occasionally interacting with U.S.-based team members or clients. Candidates should be comfortable working in a structured remote environment and should have a reliable computer, high-speed internet connection, professional workspace, and preferably backup internet and backup power. Some regular overlap with U.S. business hours will be required. You do not necessarily need to work a full U.S. shift, but you should be able to maintain a consistent overlap for meetings, collaboration, and communication. We are particularly interested in engineers based in Pakistan, especially candidates from Lahore, Islamabad/Rawalpindi, and Karachi, although strong applicants from other locations may also be considered. Previous experience working remotely with U.S., European, or other international companies is a strong advantage. We value engineers who demonstrate ownership, reliability, technical curiosity, clear communication, attention to quality, and the ability to solve problems independently. This engagement will likely begin on a part-time basis, with the possibility of increasing hours for candidates who perform well and establish a strong working relationship with the team.
