Sourcing & Quality Control Agent in China (Shenzhen / Guangzhou / Yiwu) – Mobile Accessories

​About Us: We are Gadget Point, a mobile accessories retail business based in Ujjain, India. We are expanding our product catalog and seeking an experienced, on-the-ground sourcing agent in China to help us source high-quality mobile phone accessories at competitive factory rates. ​Key Product Categories: Phone cases, fast chargers, USB cables, tempered glass, TWS earbuds, power banks, and related digital gadgets. ​Key Responsibilities: ​Supplier Sourcing & Price Negotiation: Identify vetted manufacturers in key hubs (Shenzhen/Huaqiangbei, Guangzhou electronics markets, and Yiwu District 2). Negotiate optimal pricing and workable MOQs. ​Quality Control & Sample Checks: Perform pre-shipment inspections (AQL standard) and verify product specs, packaging, and build quality. ​Consolidation & Shipping Coordination: Coordinate with freight forwarders for smooth sea/air shipments to India, ensuring all documentation is accurate. ​Requirements: ​Must be physically located in Guangdong (Shenzhen/Guangzhou) or Zhejiang (Yiwu). ​Proven experience sourcing mobile accessories and consumer electronics. ​Fluent in English and Mandarin (WeChat responsiveness is a plus). ​Familiarity with Indian import process/logistics is preferred.
