Very Simple Small Laravel Project

I need a very simple, small Laravel project coded. It will be running on cPanel. For admin: The site needs user level access control. The site will have an open landing page that has a user login. There does not need to be user registration. Usernames, passwords and user email addresses can be directly entered into a MySQL table manually. For admin landing page there needs to be an ability to upload an excel sheet or csv file. The file will always have the same structure, columns and column headings. The first column will always be a username. When the file is uploaded, the data from the file, excluding the headers, must be appended to a table. There will be one extra column in the db. This is a datestamp. For users: The landing page must be a login page. The site must work equally well on mobile and on desktop. The landing page will be very clean, text only. When the user logs in they will only have a single page to view. This page will show a table with headers and rows of data from the db table where the username column matches their logged-in username username. I would look at using something like rappasoft/laravel-livewire-tables to do this, with its pagination controls and search to make it easier for the user. I will consider other options if you think there are better alternatives for this functionality. The site will evolve over time, but for now we will start with something very simple. I can provide a sample file if needed. I can provide the layouts.
