Video Editor Needed (Long-Term) | Entrepreneurship YouTube Channel | $500/Month

We're looking for a skilled long-form YouTube video editor to join our team on a long-term basis. Our content focuses on entrepreneurship, business, startups, productivity, and self-improvement, so we're looking for someone who understands modern YouTube pacing and knows how to keep viewers engaged. Monthly Work - 8 long-form videos per month - Approximately 2 videos per week - Each video is around 20 minutes in final length What You'll Be Doing - Edit talking-head videos into engaging, high-retention content - Add animated captions throughout the video - Use motion graphics where appropriate to explain concepts - Include relevant B-roll, stock footage, screenshots, and on-screen visuals - Add smooth transitions, sound effects, background music, and zooms when needed - Maintain clean pacing and storytelling throughout the edit - Deliver revisions promptly when requested Requirements - Proven experience editing long-form YouTube videos - Strong understanding of viewer retention and storytelling - Experience with motion graphics (After Effects or equivalent) - Fluent in English - Able to meet deadlines consistently - Excellent communication Budget - $500/month - Long-term opportunity for the right editor To Apply Please include: 1.
