Developer Collaboration Opportunity — AI Operations SaaS We are developing SmartScale, a B2B AI operations platform for recruitment and other agencies. The goal is to sell secure workspaces to approved companies, helping them automate administrative workflows while keeping human approval over important actions. Already developed We have a working full-stack production candidate built locally, including: React, TypeScript and Vite frontend with marketing website and customer portal. Node.js/Express backend with persistent SQLite storage. Organisation-level data isolation, roles, MFA, invitations and password recovery. Customer approval and staff-access management. Stripe subscription Checkout, Billing Portal and webhook handling. CSV imports and encrypted private document storage. Human-reviewed AI drafting and document approval records. Xero, Microsoft 365 and Bullhorn OAuth and read-only synchronisation code. ClamAV integration, audit logs, rate limits and monitoring support. Encrypted backup/restore tools, Docker configuration and automated tests. What still needs completing We need a developer to help us turn this into a reliable live service: Review the existing architecture and security controls. Deploy and harden the application on a cloud server. Configure and test live Stripe, Resend and OpenAI services. Test and refine real Xero, Microsoft 365 and Bullhorn connections. Validate live malware scanning, monitoring and off-site backups. Expand automated testing and resolve findings from independent security testing. Assess enterprise requirements such as PostgreSQL, object storage, background queues and SSO. The core application is not starting from scratch. No live customer payments or data are being processed yet, and provider integrations currently require real-account validation after controlled mock testing. We’re looking for someone experienced with Node.js, React, OAuth integrations, Docker/Linux deployment and secure SaaS development, who can work with us through launch and ongoing improvement.
