Junior Social Media & WordPress Content Assistant (Sports Betting Niche) We are looking for an entry-level but reliable Social Media & Content Assistant to help manage content for our sports betting websites. The role is straightforward and ideal for someone who has basic experience with WordPress, SEO optimisation, and social media posting. Main responsibilities: Publish betting tips and articles on WordPress websites (on 2 of our websites). Format articles correctly in WordPress (headings, images, categories, tags, internal links, etc.) Use basic SEO optimisation guidelines inside WordPress (Yoast/RankMath or similar plugins) Create and publish social media posts based on the betting tips/articles provided Post consistently across platforms: Facebook Instagram X (Twitter) TikTok Other relevant platforms Write short captions and adapt posts slightly for each platform when needed Engage with comments/messages from the audience when required Help maintain a consistent posting schedule What we are looking for: Basic experience with WordPress content publishing Understanding of basic SEO principles Familiarity with social media platforms and scheduling posts Good English writing skills Reliable, organised, and able to follow instructions Interest in sports, football, betting, or online communities is a plus This is an entry-level role. We are not looking for an expensive agency or a senior marketing manager — we need someone dependable who can handle daily content publishing and help grow our online presence over time. Initial workload will be small and focused on publishing tips/articles, with the possibility of expanding the role as the websites grow.
