WordPress Developer — Automate Property Sync + Lead Integration from Real Estate CRM (XML Feed)

I run a real estate agency in Spain, with a WordPress website using the Houzez theme/plugin for property listings. I recently switched to a new CRM (Inmovilla) to manage my property listings, including MLS collaborations and new-build developments. Going forward, I need everything managed exclusively through the CRM — I no longer want to manually duplicate listings into WordPress/Houzez. What I need — Part 1: Property Sync A script/integration that automatically syncs properties from my CRM to my WordPress website using a daily-generated XML feed, so that: Any property I add, edit, or remove in the CRM is automatically reflected on my website — created, updated, or deleted — with no manual work on my end. The sync should run automatically (e.g., a daily cron job), matching the frequency at which the CRM regenerates the XML file. Properties should be created as native Houzez property listings in WordPress (not displayed via iframe) — this is important for SEO, since the goal is for each property to have its own indexable, shareable URL on my domain. All relevant property fields need to be mapped correctly: price, photos/gallery, m² (built and plot), bedrooms, bathrooms, description, location, energy certificate, features/amenities, and any other fields available in the feed. What I need — Part 2: Lead Sync I also need leads generated from my website (contact forms, property enquiry forms, etc.) to automatically land in the CRM, instead of only arriving by email or staying inside WordPress. This may require changes to how my current forms submit data, or a separate integration depending on what the CRM supports (API, webhook, or similar) — happy to discuss the best approach based on your experience.
