WordPress / Web Developer for Marketing Agency

We are a full-service marketing and advertising firm helping businesses build stronger brands and grow their online presence through web design & development, branding, SEO, social media marketing, paid advertising, content marketing, and digital strategy. We are looking for an experienced Web Developer / WordPress Developer to join our team on a project basis and work on websites for our clients across different industries. This is an opportunity for someone who can take designs and requirements from our designers/marketing team and turn them into fast, responsive, modern, SEO-friendly, and conversion-focused websites. What You’ll Do - Develop and maintain client websites using WordPress, PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript - Convert Figma, Adobe XD, or other design files into pixel-perfect websites - Build responsive websites that work seamlessly across desktop, tablet, and mobile - Develop custom WordPress themes and functionality when required - Customize WordPress themes, plugins, Elementor, and other page builders - Write clean, well-structured, maintainable code - Implement custom HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP functionality - Integrate third-party APIs, forms, CRM systems, analytics, and other marketing tools - Optimize websites for speed, Core Web Vitals, performance, and SEO - Troubleshoot and fix website bugs, layout issues, responsiveness problems, and technical errors - Ensure websites follow proper SEO, accessibility, security, and performance best practices - Implement tracking such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking - Work closely with our UI/UX designers, SEO specialists, content team, and marketing team - Make revisions based on client and internal feedback - Maintain and update existing client websites - Perform website QA before launch - Assist with website migrations, domain/DNS-related technical tasks, and hosting when required What We’re Looking For We are looking for someone who: - Has 3+ years of professional web development experience - Has strong hands-on experience with WordPress - Can work independently from design files and project requirements - Has excellent attention to detail - Understands responsive design and modern web standards - Writes clean and scalable code - Can troubleshoot problems instead of only following instructions - Understands the difference between a visually attractive website and a high-converting business website - Can communicate clearly with a remote marketing/design team - Is comfortable working on multiple client projects - Can meet deadlines and communicate proactively about project progress - Takes ownership of assigned tasks To Apply Please share: - 3–5 WordPress websites you personally developed - Examples of custom WordPress/PHP/JavaScript work - Your experience with website speed optimization - Your weekly availability - A brief description of your typical development process Important: Please do not send only template/theme-based websites.
