$8,500 Real-Estate App: Senior Flutter + Heavy Node.js Backend

We are looking for an established boutique agency to build LifeMatch - a high-performance, interactive, map-heavy real estate platform. Core Technical Challenge: The platform will process and display tens to hundreds of thousands of dynamic property listings that enter, exit, and update daily. We require an extremely fluid, lag-free interactive map experience operating at a strict 60 FPS with zero latency during zooming, scrolling, and marker clustering. Required Dedicated 2-Developer Pod (Working Together): Role 1: Senior Mobile & API Lead (70% Flutter / 30% Node.js) • Focus: Mobile UI/UX, Map implementation, and client-side performance. • Key Skills: 4+ years in Flutter & Dart, Mapbox / Google Maps SDK, advanced Marker Clustering, 60FPS optimization, native views, and full Hebrew (RTL) support. • API Role: Strong Node.js knowledge to natively integrate, modify, and optimize REST APIs and state management (BLoC/Riverpod) without waiting for backend bottlenecks. Role 2: Infrastructure & Heavy Backend Lead (100% Backend & Cloud) • Focus: Scalable Architecture, Geospatial DBs, Cloud Infra, and Data Pipelines. • Key Skills: 5+ years in Heavy Node.js, Sequelize ORM, PostgreSQL & PostGIS (handling complex bounding-box and radius spatial queries under 100ms). • Cloud & Automation: AWS expertise (EC2, RDS, S3, CloudFront CDN, image compression pipelines), web scrapers (Apify/Playwright), and AI Agent/LLM integrations. Contract Terms & Security: • Fixed-Price contract ($8,500 budget) split into 4 clear Milestones via Upwork Escrow. • Payment released ONLY upon verified deliverables and live performance testing on physical devices. • IMPORTANT: Proposals without links to live apps on App Store / Google Play built by the assigned team will be automatically declined.
