Admin Console Web Developer (React)

Description: Two separate web admin consoles need to be built from working prototypes: one for our nonprofit partner's own staff (enforcement, fundraising campaigns, moderation queue, fund requests) and a completely separate one for our own internal operations team (subscription management, revenue reporting). These are genuinely two different products for two different companies sharing a design system — keeping that separation clean matters, not just visually but in terms of what data each surface can access. Scope: Rebuild both existing React prototypes (grit-admin-console.jsx, grit-platform-operator-console.jsx) as real, backend-connected web applications Every consequential action (suspending a user, changing fund allocation, comping a subscription) requires a reason code before it's confirmed, per the existing prototype pattern — preserve this exactly, it's a deliberate accountability design, not incidental UI Real authentication scoped correctly — Non-Profit Admin staff should never be able to reach Platform Operator functions and vice versa Required experience: Strong React experience (Next.js preferred but not required) Experience building internal admin/ops tooling specifically — this is a different discipline from consumer-facing UI work Comfortable enforcing strict access-boundary logic between two genuinely separate user populations Deliverables: Both consoles live, connected to the real backend, with role-scoped access working correctly and verified.
