AI Agent - Person Info Finder

I have a list of 10K people with no email addresses. I need an AI agent to search name on the web and locate their email address from either their company website, linked in or FB or instagram. We need to test with 1K and to get a good result. All instructions on how to run + doco must be handed over before payment PS - we are open to being connected to an API but this cant be expensive to run e.g cant cost more than 100USD to collect 10K agents - must be a trained model
