AI Automation & Systems Specialist

We’re looking for an AI Automation & Systems Specialist who can build, integrate, and maintain automation workflows across our client projects. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable taking a business requirement, understanding the existing tech stack, and turning it into a reliable automated workflow with minimal supervision. What You’ll Work On: ● Build and maintain automation workflows using n8n, Make, Zapier, GHL, and similar platforms. ● Work with AI tools and APIs, including Claude, OpenAI, and other AI services. ● Build AI-powered workflows, agents, assistants, and business automations. ● Integrate platforms such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Shopify, WordPress, ClickUp, GitHub, Google Workspace, and other SaaS tools. ● Connect APIs and webhooks to move data between different systems. ● Automate lead capture, qualification, routing, follow-ups, CRM updates, notifications, reporting, and internal processes. ● Troubleshoot existing automations and identify why workflows are failing or producing incorrect outputs. ● Build workflows that are scalable, properly structured, and easy for the team to maintain. ● Work with databases, structured data, JSON, REST APIs, authentication, and webhooks. ● Document workflows and provide clear handover notes. ● Collaborate with Project Managers and clients to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. What We’re Looking For : ● 2+ years of experience in automation / integrations / AI automation. ● Strong hands-on experience with n8n is highly preferred. ● Experience with Make.com and/or Zapier. ● Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, JSON, OAuth/API authentication, and third-party integrations. ● Experience working with OpenAI, Claude, or other LLM APIs. ● Experience building practical AI agents/workflows rather than simply using AI tools. ● Familiarity with GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Shopify, WordPress, ClickUp, GitHub, or similar platforms. ● Ability to troubleshoot independently and take ownership of assigned workflows. ● Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. ● Good communication and ability to work within a project-based environment. Nice to Have ● Experience with custom JavaScript/Python inside automation workflows. ● Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL or Supabase. ● Experience with CRM and sales automation. ● Experience building AI chatbots or AI voice agents. ● Experience with MCP, Claude Code, or other emerging AI automation technologies. ● Previous experience working with agencies or multiple clients. What Success Looks Like You should be able to take a requirement such as: “When a lead submits this form, qualify them using AI, add them to the CRM, notify the sales team, trigger the appropriate follow-up sequence, and update our project tracker.” …and independently figure out the integrations, build the workflow, test it end-to-end, troubleshoot edge cases, and document the final setup.
