Ai chatbot development

Hi there! I am looking for someone to build an AI chatbot with me. I would need it to be done via self hosted n8n using docker. I would need you to build just one workflow via n8n so I can import the workflow and customise it for every new client to their liking in the VPS such as Alex host. The chatbot would need to answer FAQs, book appointments and send transcripts to my clients. I would use Llama 3.1-3.2 and Ollama as my LLM models I would also use postgres for memory. I would need all communications between the chatbot and my clients customers to take place via telegram, however I wouldn’t want to use bot father since I don’t want my clients customers to think they are talking to a bot. All the transcripts would be sent to my clients private telegram and the transcripts would be translated in their preferred language. The chatbot would also need to communicate to my clients customers in whatever language they start texting the chatbot. When the transcripts are sent to my clients private telegram they would have 3 options deny/accept or offer another time for appointment booking and the chatbot would automatically send a text of confirmation or another time that was offered or denial. Once the appointment is booked if my clients customer has any other questions they would simply text the chatbot and the chatbot would send that/those messages to my clients private telegram and the client would be able to respond by swiping on the message and entering the text manually in order to respond to their customer. I wouldn’t need all the chats between the customers and the chatbot to be deleted every 24-48 hours. The software must be scalable however I wouldn’t need only one workflow that I would be able to customise to my clients liking for example the way my client wants the chatbot to speak and communicate. I do not want one master template in n8n since each new client that I get would have their private servers via Alex host. Also during onboarding if my clients each client would receive a link that would give them permission to enter their name last name, address and phone number so that the software automatically remembers them and once the appointment is booked the chatbot would send the address of my clients to their customers.
