Our teams manage busy venues, events, workforce operations, reservations, supplier workflows, financial reporting, and customer experiences across multiple business entities. We have built and launched a growing portfolio of internal software, including workforce management, venue bookings, financial dashboards, agent operations, and event-management tools. We are now looking for a practical, commercially minded Full-Stack Software Developer to help maintain, improve, and extend these systems. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and maintaining full-stack web applications used across the group. - Designing reliable API integrations, data flows, background processes, and automated workflows. - Working with relational databases, including schemas, migrations, validation, and reporting queries. - Diagnosing production issues and improving logging, monitoring, error handling, and recovery. - Reviewing AI-generated code and taking responsibility for its correctness, security, and maintainability. - Writing automated tests and completing practical release checks before deployment. - Protecting credentials and sensitive business data through appropriate access controls and secure engineering practices. 
