AI/Database Developer for Lending Platform

InterCapital Funding is building a proprietary AI-powered lending operations platform for our business-purpose real estate lending company. We need an experienced developer/architect to help design and build the platform, including AI/LLM integration, database architecture, rules-based workflows, API connections, and document automation. Experience with mortgage, lending, fintech, or real estate technology is a strong plus. This is a part-time role for someone who can help shape the technical foundation and support ongoing development.
