Backend Developer for Fintech & Crypto Platform

We’re looking for an experienced Backend Developer to join us in building a fintech and crypto platform from scratch. The backend will be at the core of the product, handling user accounts, wallets, balances, transactions, market data, and integrations with external financial and crypto services. We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of the backend and help us build a secure, reliable, and scalable foundation for the platform. Tech Stack -Python / FastAPI -PostgreSQL -Redis -Docker -REST APIs -WebSockets -What you’ll work on -User authentication and account management -KYC and verification flows -Crypto wallet and balance management -Deposits, withdrawals, and transaction history -Portfolio and market data -WebSocket-based real-time functionality -Admin APIs and backend functionality What we’re looking for -Strong experience with Python and FastAPI -Solid PostgreSQL experience -Experience building production REST APIs -Experience with Redis and Docker -Good understanding of WebSockets and real-time systems -Experience integrating third-party APIs -Strong understanding of backend architecture and security -Previous experience with fintech, crypto, trading, payments, or similar products is a big plus We’re especially interested in developers who have worked on transaction-heavy or financial platforms and understand the importance of data consistency, security, and reliability.
