Build a Fully Automated Interactive Brokers (IBKR) Trading Bot

I need a complete, fully automated U.S. stock momentum trading bot integrated with Interactive Brokers (IBKR). catalysts The bot must: • Scan U.S. stocks automatically for momentum opportunities using volume, relative volume, price movement, volatility, liquidity, breakouts, and relevant news/. • Automatically select opportunities and execute trades through the official IBKR API without requiring manual confirmation for each trade. • Support pre-market, regular market hours, and after-hours where supported by IBKR. • Automatically calculate position size based on configurable risk limits. • Automatically place and manage entry orders, stop-loss, take-profit, trailing stop and break-even rules. • Include strict safety controls: maximum loss per trade, maximum daily loss, maximum number of simultaneous positions, maximum account exposure, and an emergency kill switch. • Handle partial fills, rejected/cancelled orders, duplicate-order prevention, network/API disconnects, stale market data, IB Gateway/TWS restarts, VPS restarts, and unexpected errors. • After any restart or reconnection, automatically reconcile existing IBKR positions and open orders to prevent duplicate trades. • Send Telegram notifications for entries, exits, profit/loss, stop-loss, take-profit, errors, disconnects and important system events. • Maintain detailed logs of signals, orders, executions, positions, errors and P&L. • Run continuously on a VPS using Python and IB Gateway / the appropriate official IBKR API. • Provide configurable strategy and risk settings without needing to rewrite the core code. • Deliver the complete source code, setup instructions and documentation. The first version MUST operate only on IBKR Paper Trading. Live trading must remain disabled until Paper Trading testing is completed successfully.
