Build PHP MySQL Vacation Calendar

I need a self-contained vacation calendar built with PHP and MySQL that I can drop into an existing intranet site. The module should show the vacation — Only managers can change it. Here’s what I expect... (Budget: €8 - €30 EUR, Jobs: HTML, MySQL, PHP)
