Build Platform for Property Owners

Looking for someone to build a platform for over 200 property owners. Each owner should have a dashboard to manage their account, add tenant information, and track payments. The platform should automatically deduct platform fees, offering owners a choice between a percentage of tenant payments or direct payment. Tenants should have their own dashboard to manage payment history, upload/download receipts, and receive payment due notifications via text. Multiple payment methods, including CashApp, MobileMoney, MTN Money, PayPal, Debit/Credit, and Visa Card, should be supported.
