Bulk SMS Number Platform

I need a reliable platform or service that provides access to phone numbers in different countries for bulk SMS marketing. The goal is to find a solution that offers a large database of verified numbers and supports international outreach. Please share recommendations for platforms that are easy to use, scalable, and suitable for ongoing SMS campaigns. Experience with SMS marketing and international number databases is important.
