Comprehensive Conversion Tracking Setup

The goal is to cleanly deploy Google Ads conversion tags, GA4 events, and the Meta pixel (with standard conversion actions) through Google Tag Manager. I already use GTM as the single point of implementation, so all work should happen inside the existing container rather than hard-coding anything...
