Customer Database Update Entry

I need help moving a backlog of customer information into my live database. All the data already exists in digital form—mainly Word documents and PDFs—and now has to be entered, double-checked, and neatly aligned with the fields we already use (name, address, email, phone, account notes, and so on)...
