Developer Needed for a Social Media Creator Discovery Tool

We are looking for an experienced developer to help us build a reusable social media creator discovery and research tool. The objective is to identify relevant public creator accounts based on a keyword or topic. For example, using the keyword “poker”, we would like to identify and organize relevant public creators/accounts associated with this topic. Platforms of interest: Instagram X/Twitter Facebook YouTube TikTok The objective would be to obtain approximately 100–1,000 relevant public accounts, depending on platform availability, authorized access methods, and technical limitations. Desired information, where publicly available and permitted: Creator/account name Platform Public profile/channel URL Public bio/description Followers/subscribers or similar public metrics Topic/keyword relevance Other useful publicly available metrics Export to CSV/Excel The solution should ideally be reusable, allowing us to perform research using different keywords/topics in the future. We understand that data availability and access conditions differ between social media platforms. The developer should recommend an appropriate technical approach that complies with applicable platform rules, APIs, and authorized data-access methods.
