The app should provide drivers with a trustworthy view of availability, pricing, connector compatibility, and community reviews before they travel. It should also hold the driver's account context, including saved vehicles, payment methods, notification preferences, and support access. Charge Point Host App: A management app for Charge Point Operators (CPOs) to list their EV charging stations and control how, when and at what price they can be booked. Control when each station is bookable — operating schedule, blocked dates, and manual status overrides. Set commercial terms per charger — per-kWh rate with optional peak-hour pricing. Manually accept or decline every booking request, with visibility of station capacity at that time, and cancel a confirmed booking if needed. Run the session end to end — start charge, end charge, record energy delivered, and generate the driver's bill. Track earnings, platform fees and bi-monthly bank payouts. Admin Dashboard: Single internal console for operational oversight of the whole platform — users, hosts, chargers, bookings and money. Approve or reject Charge Point Operator verification applications and the documents they submit. Create, curate and moderate charger listings, including flagged listings, pricing overrides and forced syncs. Oversee bookings and perform manual interventions (edit, cancel, refund). Handle disputes and refund claims raised by drivers. Release and track host payouts, and monitor platform revenue and fees. Manage internal staff accounts and role-based access, with a full audit trail of admin actions. Surface headline metrics and platform health for leadership.
