Fix FooGallery Custom URL Links

I have a WordPress site running FooGallery and one particular gallery refuses to behave: every thumbnail is meant to link to a custom URL in a new tab, exactly the way my other galleries already do, yet the click event is ignored and the lightbox opens instead...
