Flutter + Node.js + React Team — Urgent Remediation and Delivery Sprint

looking for an experienced development team to take over and finish a health and wellness platform that is already built, already in the app stores, and already has a completed engineering audit telling you exactly what needs to be fixed. This is not a greenfield project and it is not a rescue-from-nothing. The system works. It has real users. What it needs is a competent team to close out a defined list of defects, finish a set of designed-but-unbuilt screens, and get a clean release out. The prior vendor stopped moving at the pace this project requires, which is the entire reason this post exists. It runs on iOS and Android as a consumer-style fitness and nutrition app, and it doubles as a data collection instrument/ There is a companion web admin panel used by research staff to manage participants, publish content, and review analytics. What we need — stated plainly We need speed, and we need it starting today. Read this section carefully and do not apply if it does not fit your situation. • Today: We want the selected team onboarded, in the repositories, and pushing the first commits tonight. Not scoping tonight. Committing tonight. • This weekend: Saturday and Sunday are working days on this contract. We expect commits pushed every day, including both weekend days. • Update cadence: Written progress updates at minimum twice per day, morning and end of day, in whatever channel we agree on. If something is blocked, we want to hear about it within the hour, not at the next update. • Visibility: All work is pushed to our repositories on feature branches. We do not accept work held locally and delivered in one drop at the end. We are paying for that responsiveness and we know it. If your team can only work business hours on a normal sprint cadence, you are a good team and this is the wrong contract for you. Why we need a team, not one developer There are three codebases and they need to move in parallel. A single developer serialising mobile, then backend, then admin will not hit the timeline. We are looking for an agency or an established team of three or more who have worked together before, with real coverage across: • Flutter / Dart — mobile, iOS and Android, including native health platform integrations • Node.js / Express / MongoDB — backend API and data model • React — web admin panel One person who is genuinely strong across all three, with a second and third to parallelise, is also acceptable. What we will not accept is one generalist quoting a solo timeline that assumes nothing goes wrong.
