Full Stack Blockchain Developer

We're building a Web3-powered platform that connects digital ownership to real-world value and we need a full stack developer who gets blockchain inside and out to help us. This isn't just a coding role; it's a chance to own the whole Web3 piece, from smart contracts to backend logic to frontend integration. What You'll Do - Design, write, test, and deploy smart contracts for minting and payments - Bring Web3 into our Next.js frontend - think wallet connect, minting, downloads, and payments - Build secure backend routes to manage metadata, file uploads, and syncing between on-chain and off-chain data - Make sure everything flows smoothly between the Express server, IPFS, and the blockchain - Keep gas costs low and the user experience high What You Bring - 5+ years of full stack development experience - Real-world experience deploying production-grade smart contracts on an EVM-compatible chain - Solid grasp of the Web3 ecosystem - wagmi, viem, ethers.js, IPFS, and the rest - Comfort on both ends: frontend (React/Next) and backend (Node/Express) - A clear understanding of NFT standards, minting flows, and token transfers - Experience with MongoDB or similar NoSQL databases - The ability to work independently and take real ownership of the blockchain layer Nice to Have - Background in edtech or marketplace platforms - Familiarity with CI/CD and deployment pipelines
