Full-Stack Developer (AI-Native) — Build CRM, Internal Tools & AI Products

I run several businesses (consulting boutique, e-commerce brands, AI services) and I'm building a single operating system that runs across all of them — one place that aggregates every data source I have, organizes it, and puts an AI layer on top. I've already built a working first version. Now I want to make it far more powerful, robust and polished, and I'm looking for a strong, fast, AI-native developer to build it out with me long-term. What the OS does (and where it's going) The core idea is aggregation. Today it already: Pulls in all my communication and activity — email, calendar, meeting transcripts, messages — into one database Automatically attributes and classifies it (which deal, which project, which person/company) Builds a CRM out of it — companies, people, deals, every interaction, all linked Surfaces everything in a web cockpit (Next.js): a radar of all projects, deal rooms, the CRM, dashboards, to-dos, files Runs an AI/agent layer on top — triage, drafting, an approvals queue with a human in the loop Refreshes itself on a schedule and flags what's stale or needs attention Where I want to take it: more data sources wired in, a much stronger and cleaner cockpit, deeper automation, and AI agents that actually do work instead of just surfacing it. Also better edge case handling and learning loops. Current projects you'd work across: The OS / data-aggregation + CRM platform (the main one) Internal dashboards, automation tools and MVPs What you'd be doing: Build out the OS — new data-source integrations, the cockpit frontend, the backend pipeline, the AI/agent layer Take messy real-world data from many sources and turn it into something clean, linked and reliable Turn rough product ideas into working features, fast Improve UX, onboarding, auth, payments and integrations Ship quickly, iterate on feedback, and bring real opinions on product direction You are: AI-native — you already use Claude Code / Cursor and AI tools heavily every day Strong with React / Next.js / TypeScript Comfortable with Python, backend APIs, databases (SQL) and data pipelines Good with integrations and third-party APIs (auth, OAuth, webhooks, external data sources) Product-minded — you can think through UX without waiting for pixel-perfect specs Fast, reliable and easy to communicate with (good English — we'll jump on calls) Bonus: LLM / AI agent app experience (RAG, classification, agent workflows) SaaS products end-to-end Stripe, Supabase / Postgres CRM, analytics or workflow software Experience cleaning and merging messy data from multiple sources Comp: Hourly (tell me your rate) Starts with a small paid test project Strong fit → ongoing, long-term work To apply, send: 2–3 products you've built (links) Your GitHub profile Strongest frontend example Strongest backend / API or data-pipeline example Which AI coding tools you use daily (one line) Your rate, timezone and weekly availability
