Full-Stack Developer & Operations Support

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Full-Stack Developer who can take responsibility for Setota’s technical development while also supporting its day-to-day operations. Responsibilities: * Develop, maintain, and improve the Setota website/app * Manage Setota’s technical systems and admin dashboard * Fix bugs, troubleshoot technical issues, and monitor platform performance * Add and update features as Setota grows * Manage databases, bookings, packages, credits, partner information, and other platform functions * Make daily updates to the platform when needed * Monitor the platform and make sure it is functioning properly * Provide customer support through phone and WhatsApp when required * Assist customers with booking, package, payment, and account issues * Communicate with partners when technical or booking issues occur * Work closely with the founder and partnerships manager * Identify ways to improve Setota’s technology and customer experience Ideal candidate: * Strong full-stack development skills * Comfortable working independently * Problem-solving mindset * Fast and responsive when technical issues arise * Good communication and customer-service skills * Organized and reliable * Able to handle both technical responsibilities and operational tasks * Interested in being part of an early-stage startup and growing with Setota
