Full Stack Developer (React, TypeScript, Node.js) with Vibe Coding/Claude code Experience

Summary We're looking for a strong Senior Full Stack Developer who can build and iterate rapidly on a web and mobile product using modern tooling, while ensuring the output stays production-ready, secure, and scalable. This role is a great fit for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and has genuinely integrated AI-assisted development into their day-to-day workflow — not just experimented with it, but relies on it to ship faster without sacrificing code quality. Must-Have Skills Strong React (web) and TypeScript proficiency across the entire stack. Strong Node.js experience, including APIs, authentication, third-party integrations, and background jobs. Proven track record building robust, scalable applications with clean architecture, solid testing practices, and observability baked in. Hands-on experience with "vibe coding" — shipping quickly using AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Windsurf, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, and Claude or ChatGPT more broadly — for scaffolding, code generation, rapid prototyping, debugging, and refactors. Comfort using AI coding agents for real production work, not just boilerplate: writing tests, reviewing PRs, tracing bugs, and handling multi-step engineering tasks with tools like Claude Code. Confidence owning features end-to-end — from database schema and API design through front-end implementation and deployment. Nice-to-Have Skills React Native or another mobile/web-to-mobile development approach. Experience with payments, subscriptions, notifications, and analytics or crash-reporting integrations. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, cloud deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure), and monitoring/observability tooling. Experience building or customizing AI agent workflows, MCP-based tool integrations, or prompt-driven automation as part of the development process itself.
