Full-Stack Development - Healthcare SaaS Platform (Next.js, React, Supabase, PostgreSQL, Node.js)

Project Overview We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer to help us with the initial technical planning and development roadmap for a modern healthcare platform. The platform will be designed to streamline patient care and healthcare practice operations through features such as patient portals, digital patient intake, appointment scheduling, billing, clinical documentation, and other healthcare-related workflows. At this stage, we are primarily looking for someone who can understand the product requirements, evaluate the technical scope, and create a solid foundation for development before implementation begins. Key Responsibilities - Review and understand the overall product requirements and business workflows. - Define the technical architecture for the healthcare platform. - Recommend the appropriate application structure and development approach. - Plan the frontend and backend architecture using Next.js, TypeScript, Supabase, and Node.js. - Design the PostgreSQL database structure, relationships, and key entities. - Define API architecture, endpoints, integrations, and data flows. - Break down the platform into logical modules and development phases. - Identify technical dependencies, risks, and potential challenges. - Recommend best practices for security, scalability, performance, and maintainability. - Provide a detailed development roadmap with milestones and priorities. - Help estimate the development effort and complexity for major modules. - Establish coding, architecture, and development standards that can be followed during implementation.
