Full-Stack Development Needed for Facile.im — Pre-Launch Audit, Optimization & Long-Term Development

We are looking for a strong full-stack engineer or small development team to bring Facile.im to a polished, stable, production-ready launch. The core platform is already built and functional. We need an experienced technical partner to thoroughly audit the existing codebase, identify and resolve issues proactively, improve the user experience, and support the platform long term. This is not a project where we will provide a list of every bug or missing feature. We are looking for someone who thinks like a product owner: tests thoroughly, identifies weaknesses, recommends improvements, and takes ownership of delivering a high-quality product. What You’ll Work On Platform Audit & Bug Fixing Perform a comprehensive audit of the existing application, including: Frontend and backend functionality Database logic and performance API integrations Authentication and user permissions Dashboard workflows User profiles, sharing, teams, contacts, and link management QR and NFC functionality Device activation flows Settings and admin functions Mobile responsiveness and browser compatibility Security, performance, scalability, and edge cases Identify and fix bugs, broken workflows, UX issues, performance bottlenecks, security concerns, and missing functionality. Testing & Production Readiness Test all platform features extensively across desktop and mobile devices. This includes: Account creation and authentication Device and NFC activation QR codes and activation links Profile creation and editing Sharing and link-generation flows Team creation and permissions Contact capture Email delivery and notifications Dashboard functionality Mobile responsiveness and browser compatibility The goal is a stable, reliable product that is ready for real customers. Dashboard & UX Improvements Improve the existing dashboard to make it faster, clearer, and easier to use. This may include: Simplifying workflows Improving navigation and consistency Resolving confusing user flows Improving page speed and responsiveness Recommending useful product improvements Improving forms and data collection where appropriate We welcome proactive suggestions that improve usability, conversions, or customer experience. Website & Ecommerce Experience Improve the customer-facing Facile.im website, including: Landing and product pages Hero sections, calls to action, pricing, FAQ, contact, and about pages Implementation of updated branding, images, and creative assets we provide Mobile optimization SEO fundamentals and site performance You will also help optimize the ecommerce experience, including: Storefront and product pages Cart and checkout flow Customer accounts Payment and shipping workflows Branding consistency across the customer journey Activation-Link Workflow Review, improve, and test the activation-link workflow for manufacturers and customers, including: Link creation and delivery Redemption and onboarding flow Security and error handling Expiration logic, if needed Scalability and ease of management Long-Term Opportunity We are seeking a long-term development partner after launch. Ongoing work will include bug fixes, new features, security updates, performance improvements, infrastructure support, testing, and future product releases.
