German-Speaking Full-Stack Developer

About the role We’re looking for a German-speaking full-stack developer to join our team as a freelancer and work directly with our customers. You’ll take part in the weekly customer meetings while building and shipping features across our stack. You’ll work under the guidance of Max, our technical lead on the project. This is not a team-lead role. The role grows over time. At first, you’ll be guided in the regular meetings, and later you’ll take on more customer ownership. What you’ll do -Develop frontend and backend features (JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js) -Join weekly customer meetings and talk through technical topics with the customer -Answer customer questions via Teams/Slack -Dig into new topics on your own, ask questions, and bring ideas What we’re looking for -German native or fluent (C1+), since you’ll be in regular customer meetings,mainly for LINCK -Solid full-stack experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js, on both frontend and backend -Strong technical background, and comfortable working directly with customers -Reachable during German business hours, and able to react to customer messages within a reasonable time (not just in one fixed work block) -Proactive mindset: you get into the topics, ask questions, and don’t wait to be told what to do Based in CET ±2h Setup -Fully remote -Roughly 20–40h/week, with flexible hours -Start as soon as possible -Long-term growth: more responsibility and customer ownership over time
