# Marketing / Growth Engineer **Deepfire** | Remote ## About us Deepfire builds satellite-based wildfire detection and fire spread simulation software. Our customers are fire agencies, utilities, and conservation organizations in the US and Europe. ## The role You own the top of the pipeline. You build the target lists, run the outbound, and put qualified calls on Sebastien's calendar. The role is hands-on execution rather than strategy, and you will be the person in the tools every day. ## What you will do - Build and enrich target lists in Clay, sourcing from LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and public sources such as utility wildfire mitigation plans and agency directories - Run cold email in Instantly, including domain setup, inbox warming, sending, and deliverability monitoring - Write your own copy and test messaging by segment (utilities, state and federal fire agencies, conservation groups) - Handle replies and book qualified calls directly onto Sebastien's calendar - Keep the CRM clean enough that we can see cost per meeting and which segments actually convert ## What we are looking for - You have personally run outbound campaigns that produced booked meetings. Managing an agency that did it does not count. - Fluent in Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Instantly - You write your own emails and they do not read like templates - Comfortable with light automation and scripting (n8n, Zapier, Python, whatever gets the job done) - Useful but not required: experience selling into government, utilities, or public safety, or an interest in wildfire and climate
