Hourly Full-Stack Developer for Multi-Market Web Platforms (Contractor)

About the Role We run a multi-market web technology portfolio with 15+ country websites, agent microsites, and internal business platforms. Our in-house team is stretched thin, and we need an experienced developer on an hourly contract to help maintain, fix, and extend these systems alongside our current engineers. This is a contract role, not a full-time position. What You’ll Do - Fix bugs and handle production issues across country websites, microsites, and internal web apps. - Build and maintain integrations between our CRM and our websites, including data sync reliability (listing counts, status updates, agent visibility) - Improve technical SEO on multilingual sites (canonical tags, structured data, sitemaps, URL cleanup) - Build or extend integrations with third-party APIs and property portals - Work from a ticket backlog in our project management system, keep task status current, and document your changes - Attend daily standups with the team Requirements - 2+ years of professional experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js. - Solid experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and scheduled data sync jobs. - Comfortable with PostgreSQL or Supabase - Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals for multi-language sites. - Proficient and knowledgeable across the major AI assistant tools and AI-assisted development generally, including using them effectively for coding, debugging, documentation, and code review. - Strong written English communication; comfortable working asynchronously across time zones - Ability to work with clear priorities and a defined ticket process, without needing constant supervision Nice to Have - Experience with Lovable or other AI-assisted app builders - Experience with CRM or data integration projects in any industry Engagement Details Contract type: Hourly Estimated hours: 20 to 40 hours per week, ongoing, with possible increase for specific projects Time zone: Overlap of at least 4 hours with Eastern Time (EST) is required for daily standup Start date: ASAP.
