Project Overview: I am looking for a talented mobile app developer (Open to Flutter, React Native, or Native iOS/Android) to build a specialized calendar app designed for professionals who work shifts and on-call duties (guardias). The app has two core pillars: a highly visual, color-coded calendar and an automated net salary calculator based on income tax deductions (IRPF). 🎨 Key Features Required: Visual Shift Calendar: - Interactive monthly calendar to log shifts, on-call hours, and extra hours. - UI Style: Bright, luminous, and vibrant pastel color-coding system (clean, modern, and aesthetically pleasing). - Quick-add templates for repetitive shifts. Automated Salary & Tax Calculator: - Real-time tracking of money earned month-by-month. - Dynamic calculation that subtracts local income tax (IRPF) based on user-configured tax brackets or fixed percentages. - Monthly breakdown summaries (Gross vs. Net pay, total hours worked, total overtime).
